This page is a legal jargon here to help protect you. Terms of Use and Privacy Policy clauses define the conditions which one must accept in order to use your website. Once you read this page, you automatically agree to the policies laid out therein. If you do not agree with these policies, you should not use this site.

***ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

We work with an average of 10 clients at a time and though we are able to work on several client projects at once – we do keep clients in order of first come – first serve. If you are in a hurry and need something done within a week, we offer a special “Rush” pricing – you can read more about that below.

First-time clients are required to have an initial consultation prior to any of our services– schedule here at studio@iamadarah.com. We are available Tuesday through Friday between the times of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm Central Standard Time. 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

  • Revision and responses must be within 48 hours. 

  • The client is responsible for providing any requested information needed for the selected service or package, such as content, imagery, account passwords/login info, etc. This will all be detailed and discussed with the client during the beginning stages of the project. 

  • After the deposit payment is made, before the design process can begin, we require our clients to have a word document or Google document of each tab, it's the image and the content to be laid out on that page. All of this content must be properly check for grammatical errors and spell checked, as we will copy and paste and design where it's needed. We also need a dropbox link to all images to be included in the site, and all logos in png format. 

  • No project design work will begin until we have the Project Agreement and returned by the client. 

  • We ask that clients please commit to timely responses and provide an easy flow of communication throughout the duration of their project. Any extended periods of delays and unresponsiveness to emails/approvals will automatically push back the project completion date. 

  • If an illness or emergency occurs to either party during the project, we will make adjustments to the initial project schedule to best accommodate the situation at hand. 

  • We highly encourage clients to provide us with high res. images for any social media content submission, photos for webpages/blog, or any service involving imagery of any sort. 

  • The client is fully responsible for any monthly or yearly fees that may apply to purchased services or packages. (domain name, web/blog hosting, etc.)

  • Additional charges (for graphics) will be applied if any pictures or illustrations are needed through third-party vendors or affiliates. (We will not purchase any images until we have client approval).

WHAT WE ARE RELEASED FROM

  • We are not responsible for any problems that may arise due to changes or updates to the website or blog after the project is completed and turned over to the client. We are also not responsible for any problems with platform hosting, server downtime, or other software/technical issues. 

  • We are not responsible for any client-incurred problems that may arise due to editing or damaging the original source files.

  • Due to the design-oriented nature of our studio, there may be certain restrictions or things that may not be possible to achieve on a website or blog start-up service. We will clearly communicate if such issues were to arise and work to find alternative options to help see your vision through. ​

REVISIONS

  • In receiving design services, all major revisions not discussed in initial consultation result in a $35-$150 fee. Custom packages available through inquiry.. (This hourly rate is subject to change but will always be communicated ahead of time.)

  • Once your project has been completed, there's a re-open fee of $75 to resend any archived files plus the cost of revisions if needed.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE​

  • For ANY project, payment is due within 24 hours of the same day each payment scheduled date. Any late payments or ignored invoices will result in immediate cancellation of your package and no posts will be made to your accounts. If the client defaults payment 2 consecutive times, we will remove your service from our projects and declare your file terminated. 

  • Once the project is completed, payment is due within 24 hours of client approval on the finished project. Late payments will result in a $75 reinstatement fee. If no payment after 2 consecutive months, the entire project will be canceled. 

  • All payments are non-refundable for any design work completed; even if the client is unsatisfied. If there is any balance, QV Studios will cancel the project, and 50% of that balance becomes due.

RETRIEVING YOUR PROJECT

  • All information above will be sent in a Project Agreement and requires a signature for acceptance prior to the project start date. Once your project is complete, and you're satisfied, you will be required to sign-off on a design approval agreement to close out the project and receive files. All design files are delivered upon completion of the project via Dropbox. Please download and save all files to your computer instantly. There’s a high chance we will be moving files constantly within our Dropbox, which may cause you to lose access to them if they are not downloaded properly. 

RUSH PROJECT + RATES

  • If you are in a rush and need a project completed right away, we offer special “rush rates” where we can promise that your project would be moved to the front of the line and done within a 3-day time frame (DEPENDENT ON THE PROJECT). You would be charged an additional 25% on the total project cost. So if the project is normally $100, with the rush fee, the project would total $125.

  • Revision responses have to be within 24 hours for mini and 48 hours for MAXI.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If clients cancel production and choose not to proceed with the project, 50% of the remaining balance is owed to QV Studios.

  • For same-day services, including photoshoots, the client must reschedule their services within a 10-day time frame. A $50 fee will be assessed and must be paid before services are rendered.

  • If the client doesn't respond to an invoice payment or to finish a project within 2 weeks, the entire project will be canceled. There will be no refunds or files sent to the client. 

  • Email is used as the main source of communication. We like to use email correspondence as a reference when we are able to begin working on a project. This helps us to keep things in order and to keep track of project details and answers to the many questions that we usually have for clients. But you don’t have to worry, We are known to respond right away (usually that day or at least within 24-48 hours).​

 

PAYMENTS

  • Payments are accepted via invoice received through Square Up, Inc. We accept credit card, debit card, or electronic check. Please be aware that all prices are in USD$.

  • Receipts or card transaction will be listed as QVStudios.

  • There is no payment plan if your project's total cost is under $500. If your package cost is over $500, a 2-part payment is allowed. All other orders must be paid in full before the project begins. 

  • Once you pay your invoice, you are in-contract. Regardless if you correctly signed off on a digital copy. These terms apply immediately once payment is received.

  • The remaining balance will be invoiced upon completion of the job, and due within 24 hours of receiving a payment plan. *Additional charges will be discussed and agreed upon before the final invoice is sent. You can simply go back to your invoice to pay your balance.

  • Original image files will not be emailed or uploaded to the client's Dropbox folder until the full balance has been paid. 

 

PRIVATE POLICY

What do we use your information for? Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs). To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you). To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs). To process transactions (Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.) To send periodic emails (only when you opt into our periodic newsletter.)

All account information shared with us remains private and confidential. No logins, passwords, or personal information will be shared or forwarded to others without written consent from the client. 

We retain the right to display and market all work completed on any project/service as our own.​

 

The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. ***Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

 

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

 

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

 

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
